Johnny loves baking bread. I first met him when he was 15 years old and selling his home-made bread at the Tequesta Green Market. Selt-taught, this talented young man is sure to go places.

In fact, Johnny is interning for Francois Payard this summer at his bakery FPB

His bread is without a doubt, amazing. The crust is perfectly crunchy and bread, while densely spongy, is incredibly airy.
