Johnny loves baking bread. I first met him when he was 15 years old and selling his home-made bread at the Tequesta Green Market. Selt-taught, this talented young man is sure to go places.
In fact, Johnny is interning for Francois Payard this summer at his bakery FPB His bread is without a doubt, amazing. The crust is perfectly crunchy and bread, while densely spongy, is incredibly airy. Place your order in the form to the right. All orders need to be picked up by Thursday.
